What Is Esthetician School Like?
At COLLECTIV Academy we are passionate about training future estheticians to be ready for wherever their career takes them. While we want to make things fun, our focus is providing the skills licensed skincare professionals need to run a successful appointment with each guest. That’s why as part of our curriculum, you learn the theory behind each product and technique, and get the necessary practice in our student salon and spa, providing actual services under the supervision of our licensed and experienced instructors.
With an emphasis in business, you can also learn crucial social media marketing skills and build your own book of business as a licensed esthetician. Your esthetician school should actively work toward preparing you for your time after graduation, after all, you have your whole career ahead of you!

No. Your professional student kit is included in your enrollment and provides all the tools and supplies you’ll need throughout the program. These tools are designed to be used as part of your future esthetician career as well.

Our program includes training in semi-permanent lash extensions, waxing, and advanced skin treatments so you can explore different focus areas while still gaining a well-rounded foundation.
What is the student spa like?

How to Enroll in Esthetician School

To apply for the esthetics program at our Cranston campus, you must:
- Be at least 17 years old
- Provide a high school diploma or GED
- Submit a government-issued photo ID and either a birth certificate or a Social Security card
- Complete a tour and interview with our admissions team
- Pay a $20 non-refundable registration fee
