Programs Offered

Cosmetology

This program provides students with a foundation in haircutting, coloring, and styling along with manicuring, skincare services, and makeup. Students can also learn the state-required curriculum covering sanitation, safety, and professional ethics.

Hands-On and Distance Education

At COLLECTIV Academy in Worcester, we believe in learning by doing. That’s why our cosmetology program blends hands-on training with flexible distance education. Students spend part of their week in our modern facility, working with professional tools, learning from experienced instructors, and practicing on mannequins and clients in a real salon setting.

COLLECTIV Academy students have the opportunity to participate in fashion shows, community events and fundraisers. As a student in Worcester, you can have opportunities to participate in on-campus events, competitions, guest artist workshops, and community outreach. We are right off of I-190 and I-290 with a large parking lot providing ample parking for students and guests alike. There are several WRTA bus lines that run along or near Park Avenue, with a bus stop just across the street at the Grove St + Glennie St bus stop.
